Saudi Television refresh of their flagship football program. The idea was to focus on the movement, precision and power involved in the game. I worked on the trails you see following the players and pulled some of the green screens. We didn’t want to rely on plug-ins for the effect so I created some basic trails from the players’ movements and used them as a luminance matte to reveal some specially shot smoke footage.
